Nothing it was perfect.

The location of Sultan Plaza was perfect for exploring the nearby Rixos Hotel and the beautiful lake. The jungle trail with smooth pavement made it convenient for us to use our electric scooters. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

I must mention that the breakfast at Sultan Plaza started quite late, around 7 pm, which was a bit inconvenient for early risers like myself. Nonetheless, the variety of food options made up for it.

We had a great stay at this new hotel. Best aspects included very clean rooms, good location in the forest with easy access to the lake, and a delicious breakfast. We also appreciated the kind and helpful staff.

Nestled amidst the serene forest, the hotel offers an excellent location with access to the nearby lake and Rixos Hotel via well-built walking trails. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is polite and helpful in fulfilling any requests. The breakfast spread is good with a decent variety of dishes.

The coffee served at the restaurant is overly expensive, and the inclusion of basic facilities like morning room cleaning and access to sauna, hamam, and fitness in the room price would be appreciated.

The breakfast selection was decent, with helpful and kind staff. The location was superb, being easily accessible to nearby attractions. A great advantage was having a well-paved road that allowed us to use our electrical scooters for our daily commute.

The restaurant was overpriced, and they had no chilled wines. the salmon was frozen, and they ran out of stock.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff taking care of my every need. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the room service and laundry service, which made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
